Export a currently accessible Canvas for an authenticated recipient. Current grants are rechecked and private linked data is removed. Route: /api/v1/collab/shared/{owner}/notes/{id}/export. Inputs: owner, id, format, offset, limit. Safe reads can use bounded retries.
