Requires a signed-in User with the data scope and edit access to the Task. It adds the Task below the latest Log entry. It returns 409 when the Task is already attached or no Log entry exists. Route: /api/v1/notes/tasks/attach. Inputs: . Do not automatically replay this operation after an uncertain result.
