Video playback with stable Files identities and rebuildable HLS renditions.
Source files stay in the user’s Home. Transcoded bytes live only in the
confined .system/cache/video Derived data tree and can be regenerated.
Cache reads release the eviction lock before sending bytes, and their
disposable access-time hints use one best-effort Index writer (#783).
