calternal_notes_core::tasks

Shared Task models, parsers and writers for Notes (#430, DESIGN §40).

Markdown stays authoritative. These modules expose byte-stable projections and Bases helpers so API and UI code can read and edit the same identities. Task models, extraction, and byte-preserving Markdown edits (#917; DESIGN §9). Re-export the shared Task API here. The projector reads the crate-private line parser directly; callers use the public extraction and edit helpers.
