Requires a signed-in User with edit access to the Daily note and the current Log entry ETag in If-Match. It keeps the entry’s child lines in the Daily note. It returns 412 when the entry changed or 428 when If-Match is missing. Route: /api/v1/notes/journal/entries/{block_id}. Inputs: block_id, If-Match. Do not automatically replay this operation after an uncertain result.
